AB1417 Performance Framework for the California Community Colleges (ARCC)

A study to develop a set of performance frameworks, performance indicators and recommended approach to performance evaluation.

Under contract with the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office, a six-member panel of the Research and Planning Group for California Community Colleges (RP Group) Center for Student Success (CSS) carried out a study to develop a set of performance frameworks, performance indicators and recommended approach to performance evaluation for discussion and review by an External Panel of Experts, a Statewide Oversight Committee of CA Community College Leaders, the Department of Finance and the Legislative Analyst's Office in response to the requirements of AB1417. This formed the bases of Accountability Reporting for California Community Colleges (ARCC).
